Concourse & Tunnel Ventilation
Underground concourse ventilation demands high free-area louvers with zero water penetration at design wind velocities. Our sand-trap and storm-rated louvers meet AMCA Class A–B penetration ratings per EN 13030, with aluminium blades engineered for corrosion resistance in humid tunnel environments.
Platform Acoustic Control
Train arrival and braking noise at platform level routinely exceeds 85 dB(A). KBG acoustic louvers and barrier systems deliver 20–30 dB(A) insertion loss, meeting CPCB E(P) Act and NGT noise standards. Mineral wool-lined absorptive panels with ventilation pass-through for equipment rooms.
Station Facade Integration
Metro station facades require ECBC 2017 compliant solar shading, architectural fins, integrated ventilation, and fire-rated dampers — all coordinated from a single fabrication source to reduce design interfaces and avoid schedule conflicts between trades.
