What air distribution products does KBG manufacture?
A full range of aluminium grilles (supply, return, exhaust, linear bar and slot), ceiling diffusers (square, round, swirl, jet and plaque), jet nozzles for long-throw applications, and matching volume-control and fire/smoke dampers.
How do I select a diffuser for a given room?
Selection is driven by air volume, throw, terminal velocity and acceptable noise (NC level). For a given flow, a larger neck or more slots lowers velocity and noise; we provide throw and NC data per model so the consultant can match the diffuser to the room. What is the difference between a supply grille and a return grille?
A supply grille or diffuser delivers conditioned air with directional control (single or double deflection); a return/exhaust grille draws room air back with minimal pressure drop, often as a fixed-blade or egg-crate face. They are selected for different velocities and free areas.
Do you supply matching dampers and fire/smoke dampers?
Yes. We supply opposed-blade volume-control dampers behind grilles for balancing, and motorised fire and smoke dampers for duct penetrations, so the terminal and control hardware come from one source.
Are the products suitable for metro and cleanroom environments?
Yes. Aluminium construction with powder-coat or PVDF finish suits metro and commercial use, and we manufacture low-leakage and cleanroom-pattern diffusers where controlled airflow and hygiene are required.
