Performance Louver Manufacturer in India
NABL-tested BS EN 13030 / AMCA 500-L performance weather louvers for metro, data-centre and industrial facades — with published test data.
Performance louvers by application
A performance louver is specified on tested data — free area, water-rejection class and pressure drop at a defined face velocity — not on looks. We publish that data per model so consultants can size openings accurately.
Metro & airport HVAC
Tested intake/exhaust louvers for station and terminal ventilation.
Data centres
High free-area, low-pressure-drop louvers with sand-trap variants for dusty sites.
Commercial facades
Architectural performance louvers coordinated with the facade grid.
Industrial intakes
Weather louvers for plant rooms, substations and process buildings.
Coastal & desert sites
Storm-resistant and sand-trap louvers for high rain or airborne dust.
PEB & industrial sheds
Wall and ridge louvers for large-span industrial buildings.
Why specify KBG performance louvers
KBG's performance range is tested at a NABL-accredited laboratory to BS EN 13030 (water-rejection Class A–D) and AMCA 500-L, so free area, water rejection and pressure drop are published per model. That tested data is the differentiator against decorative-louver suppliers.
An ISO 9001:2015 manufacturer supplying across India and the GCC, we provide test certificates, selection data and sand-trap/storm-resistant variants for demanding intakes.

Technical Guides on performance louvers
Performance Louver Manufacturer in India — FAQs
Common questions from consultants, EPC contractors and procurement teams.
What makes a louver a performance louver?
A performance louver is rated on independent test data — free area, water-rejection class (BS EN 13030 A–D) and pressure drop at a defined face velocity. KBG publishes these per model, so it can be sized to the design condition rather than guessed.
What is BS EN 13030 Class A?
BS EN 13030 rates louvers for rain rejection in classes A–D at a defined core face velocity, where Class A is the highest — effectively zero penetration up to about 3.5 m/s. 'Certified' means an accredited-lab test report exists for that model.
Do you provide test certificates?
Yes. Our performance range is tested at a NABL-accredited laboratory and the test certificate and selection data are provided on request for approval.
Can performance louvers handle dust and storms?
Yes — sand-trap louvers use a two-stage path to drop airborne dust for data-centre and desert intakes, and storm-resistant profiles hold out wind-driven rain at high face velocities.
