Acoustic Enclosure Manufacturer in India
Acoustic enclosures for chillers, DG sets, compressors and industrial equipment — engineered to a target insertion loss and CPCB compliance.
Acoustic enclosures we manufacture
Every enclosure is engineered to a project-specific insertion-loss target, then detailed for ventilation, access and maintenance so the equipment stays within its operating temperature.
Chiller enclosures
Air- and water-cooled chillers and chiller plant rooms, with acoustic louvers sized for condenser airflow.
DG set enclosures
CPCB-compliant canopies and room treatments meeting 75 dB(A) at 1 m via ≥25 dB(A) insertion loss.
Compressor & pump enclosures
Reciprocating and screw compressors, pump skids and hydro-pneumatic sets.
Cooling tower barriers
Absorptive barriers and screens around cooling-tower banks and condenser yards.
Industrial machinery
Blowers, gensets, turbines and process equipment on plant floors and terraces.
Data-centre plant
Chiller yards, DG farms and utility plant for data-centre noise compliance.
Why specify KBG for acoustic enclosures
KBG is an ISO 9001:2015 manufacturer that designs each enclosure from the equipment's sound power and the site's boundary limit — not a catalogue size. Panels use perforated facings over mineral-wool/rockwool cores, with acoustic louvers and attenuators sized to keep combustion and cooling air flowing.
We supply pan-India and to the GCC with insertion-loss calculations, ventilation sizing and full submittal documentation, so the design is defensible to CPCB and the consultant.

Technical Guides on acoustic enclosures
Acoustic Enclosure Manufacturer in India — FAQs
Common questions from consultants, EPC contractors and procurement teams.
What is the CPCB noise limit for a DG set enclosure?
CPCB requires diesel generators to meet 75 dB(A) at 1 metre from the enclosure surface, which needs an acoustic enclosure delivering a minimum insertion loss of 25 dB(A). The enclosure must still pass enough air for combustion and cooling.
How much noise reduction can an acoustic enclosure achieve?
Insertion loss is engineered to the project — typically 20–35 dB(A) depending on panel construction, sealing and the acoustic louvers used. We design from the equipment's sound power and the boundary limit rather than quoting a generic figure.
Do you make enclosures for chillers and compressors, not just DG sets?
Yes. We manufacture enclosures and barriers for chillers, compressors, pumps, cooling towers and general industrial machinery, each detailed for the equipment's ventilation and maintenance access.
Can you supply and install pan-India?
Yes — we manufacture in Mumbai and supply across India and the GCC, with installation and commissioning support for project sites.
