How do you control chiller noise without reducing capacity?

We size acoustic louvers and attenuators to the chiller's required condenser airflow so pressure drop stays within the fan's capability, then add absorptive panels to hit the insertion-loss target. Both airflow and dB are calculated for the specific unit.

What noise reduction can a chiller enclosure achieve?

Typically 15–30 dB(A) depending on whether it's a full enclosure, a barrier screen or plant-room treatment, and on the acoustic louvers used. The target is set from the boundary limit and the chiller's sound power.

Do you handle rooftop and podium chiller installations?

Yes. We design absorptive barriers and enclosures for terrace, podium and rooftop chillers near occupied floors, using outdoor-durable, non-hygroscopic cores and PVDF/powder-coat finishes.
